When you're on the new account screen in Cyd, choose the Facebook platform. You'll see the following screen:

After signing in to your Facebook account, you'll see that the main panel shows you a Dashboard that allows you to naviate between these options:
📄️ Get Archive from Meta
If you don't want to lose your historical Facebook data, export your Facebook archive before deleting your Facebook posts! If you don't care about your old posts, skip this step.
